The Rohde & Schwarz line of RF step attenuators comprises four models covering the frequency range from DC to 5.2 GHz. The largest attenuation range is 0 dB to 139 dB. Depending on the type, the attenuation can be set in steps of 0.1 dB or 1 dB.
